About the Network

The Massachusetts Open Space Network is dedicated to bringing together Open Space Committees, conservation professionals, and engaged citizens from across the Commonwealth to further open space protection. The network is hosted by UMass Amherst and Mount Grace Land Conservation Trust and funded through DCR’s Working Forest Initiative.

The network holds an annual conference to bring together people from across the state to share updates on projects, work through challenges, and further build connection and momentum. In addition, relevant resources and events are shared throughout the year
